Call Center Services, Inc.
is a privately held company originally established in
Tyngsboro, MA in 1992 as R&B Sales. In July of 1998
the company name was changed and incorporated as Call
Center Services, Inc.
Call Center
Services, Inc. remained in Tyngsboro, MA until
March of 2005 when it relocated to larger upgraded facilities
in Lowell, MA. Now located between the North and South
Campuses of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell,
we are in close proximity to Middlesex Community College.
Call Center
Services, Inc. telemarketing services have been
focused almost exclusively in North America. Over the
years we also have completed programs in Mexico, England,
Ireland, Australia and Germany.
