From 93 South

1. Take I-93 North;
2. Merge onto I-495 South via Exit 44B toward Lowell; 4.9 miles
3. Take the Route 38 exit – EXIT 38 – toward Lowell/Tewksbury; 0.2 miles
4. Turn RIGHT onto Main Street/MA-38. Continue to follow MA-38; 1.8 miles
5. Turn LEFT onto E. Merrimack Street; 0.4 miles
6. Turn RIGHT onto Bridge Street; 0.1 miles
7. Turn LEFT onto French Street; 0.2 miles
8. French Street becomes Father Morissette Blvd; 0.3 miles
9. Take second street on the RIGHT - Suffolk Street;
   – you will clearly see the Wannalancit Mills;
10. Follow signs to Visitor Parking on RIGHT (approx. 50 yards);
11. Walk across the street from Visitor’s Parking lot to the Mills;
12. Go straight through the Courtyard and enter at door marked 650;
13. Follow internal signs to 175 Cabot Street
14. Take elevator to 4 th floor. Turn left and proceed to suite 440

From 495

1. Take 495 to the Lowell Connector;
2. Take Lowell Connector to Exit 5B, Route 3A North ( Thorndike Street);
3. Go straight off Thorndike Street ramp;
4. Follow Thorndike Street (bends & winds through 8 lights; just continue straight for 1.2 miles);
5. Take a left at the 8 th light, in front of the Tsongas Arena, onto Father Morrissette Blvd;
6. Turn right on Suffolk Street. Suffolk Street is the second street on the right – you will clearly see the Wannalancit Mills
7. Follow signs for Visitor Parking on right
   (approx. 50 yards);
   Come out of Visitor’s Parking lot and cross street to the Mills
8. Go straight through the Courtyard and enter at door marked 650.
9. Follow internal signs to 175 Cabot Street.
10. Take elevator to 4 th floor. We are in suite 440
